Ensemble de coupe (1) en spirale d’aliments, comprenant une sortie d’entraînement (30) destinée à être mise en rotation, l’ensemble de coupe intégrant un boîtier (2) comprenant un creux (3), un moyen de transmission (22), monté en rotation par rapport au boîtier, le moyen de transmission couplé à la sortie d’entraînement (30), un support d’aliment (4), monté en rotation par rapport au boîtier, faisant saillie à l’intérieur du creux, un élément découpant mobile (5) comprenant un organe de coupe (6) disposé au sein du creux, l’élément découpant mobile (5) comprenant une cavité (7) dotée d’un flanc (8) conique ou tronconique, agencée en regard du support d’aliment (4), l’organe de coupe (6) étant agencé sur le flanc (8) de manière à entailler un aliment disposé sur le support d’aliment (4) entrainé en rotation, l’élément découpant mobile (5) étant déplaçable manuellement de sorte à faire évoluer la distance entre l’organe de coupe (6) et le support d’aliment (4).
