Abstract
Cet élément (I) comprend une plaquette (1) en un matériau piézoélectrique qui comporte, sur la face d’émission d’ondes acoustiques, une première électrode (2) coopérant avec un unique fil de connexion (4) et, sur la face opposée (12), une seconde électrode (3) coopérant avec deux fils de connexion électrique (5, 6) fixés sur des extensions (32, 34) de cette seconde électrode. Selon l’invention chaque fil (5, 6), coopérant avec la seconde électrode (3) est tel que la section totale géométrique (π(D5)2/4) du second fil est comprise entre 0.15 et 0.40 millimètres carrés (mm2), le diamètre (d5) de chaque brin de ce fil est compris entre 0.035 et 0.060 millimètre (mm), et le nombre total de brins (n) est compris entre 100 et 160. Cette combinaison de valeurs confère une souplesse suffisante au fil, réduisant ainsi les contraintes mécaniques exercées au niveau de la jonction entre les brins et le plot de brasage. Cette souplesse permet en outre d’utiliser des fils dont les dimensions radiales sont faibles, garantissant l’utilisation dans un environnement favorisant la miniaturisation.
