Abstract

H βάση για τρόφιμα και για είδη ζαχαροπλαστικής είναι ένα νέο προϊόν, μη τοξικό, άκαμπτο και σταθερό, που δημιουργείται από τη διαστρωμάτωση μεταξύ πολλών φύλλων χάρτου, υαλώδους μάζας που περιέχει υδρύαλο, στον οποίο επικολλάται πλαστική μεμβράνη από ειδικό μη τοξικό μείγμα, κατάλληλο για τρόφιμα. Το χάρτινο μέρος αποτελείται από 5-10 φύλλα χάρτου για να επιτύχουμε το επιθυμητό πάχος. Η κόλλα είναι ειδική περιέχει υδρύαλο και κατά την ψύξη και μετά την αλλαγή της θερμοκρασίας δεν μεταβάλλεται η σκληρότητα του προϊόντος που είναι κατάλληλο για τρόφιμα, παγωτά, τούρτες κ.λ.π. Με την επεξεργασία που κάνουμε και με την χρησιμοποίηση των αναλογιών υαλώδους μάζας και χάρτου, μεταβάλλουμε τις βασικές ιδιότητες του χαρτιού και δημιουργούμε "νέον προϊόν" του οποίου τα χαρακτηριστικά είναι η ακαμψία και η σταθερότητα κατά την χρήση. ω
