Abstract
Παρέχεται καθετήρας ο οποίος εμποδίζει την οπισθοροή αίματος μεταξύ της βελόνης εισαγωγής και του σωληνίσκου καθετήρα δια σχηματισμού του απομακρυσμένου άκρου της πλήμνης καθετήρα ούτως ώστε να περιορίζει την εσωτερική διάμετρο του σωληνίσκου καθετήρα σε μια εφαρμογή σκουπίσματος με την ενεπλεγμένη βελόνη εισαγωγής. Σε μια πρώτη ενσωμάτωση το απομακρυσμένο άκρο της πλήμνης καθετήρα προ-σχηματίζεται στην επιθυμητή τελική εσωτερική διάσταση. Το απομακρυσμένο άκρο της πλήμνης τανύεται σε μια υπερμεγέθη κατάσταση, ο σωληνίσκος καθετήρα συνδέεται προς τη πλήμνη, και το απομακρυσμένο άκρο της πλήμνης καθετήρα θερμαίνεται, και προκαλεί αφαίρεση τάσεως της προηγούμενα τανισθείσας πλήμνης. Το απομακρυσμένο άκρο της πλήμνης καθετήρα επιστρέφει στη προ-σχηματισμένη διάσταση η οποία θα περιορίζει μηχανικώς τη διάμετρο του σωληνίσκου καθετήρα στο σημείο αυτό για σχηματισμό της εφαρμογής σκουπίσματος με την ενεπλεγμένη βελόνη. Σε μια δεύτερη ενσωμάτωση η εσωτερική διάμετρος του απομακρυσμένου άκρου της πλήμνης καθετήρα μειώνεται δι' εισαγωγής του απομακρυσμένου άκρου της πλήμνης μεταξύ των απέναντι όψεων μιας πρέσσας διαμορφώσεως Swaging, η οποία κλείνει για συμπίεση της πλήμνης κατά μια διεύθυνση. Ο βαθμός κλεισίματος ελέγχεται από τη διάσταση ενός τουλάχιστον ζεύγους ορθογωνίως απέναντι ευρισκομένων επιφανειών πρέσσας διαμορφώσεως Swaging η οποία κλείνει τότε για συμπίεση της πλήμνης κατά την ορθογώνια διεύθυνση. Το απομακρυσμένο άκρο της πλήμνης διαμορφώνεται έτσι δια πιέσεως στην επιθυμητή διάσταση, και η διαδικασία παράγει πλεονεκτικά ένα τελειωμένο προϊόν χωρίς τη παραγωγήυλικού εκροής στα σημεία τομής των επιφανειών διαμορφώσεως. ω
