Abstract

Ο σκελετός ενός σφραγίζοντος πλαισίου για ένα κλειόμενο άνοιγμα όπως ένα κούφωμα, περιλαμβάνει ένα ημι-πλαίσιο 1 το οποίο είναι προσαρμοσμένο να κτίζεται μέσα σε ανοίγματα τοίχων και ένα πλαίσιο-κάλυμμα 7 προσαρμοσμένο να στερεώνεται στο ημι-πλαίσιο. Το ημι-πλαίσιο έχει διατομή σχήματος U και το πέλμα του είναι εξοπλισμένο με μια σειρά από τρύπες 2, με την βοήθεια των οποίων το ημι-πλαίσιο μπορεί να ασφαλίζεται στον τοίχο με στερεώσεις αγκυστρώσεων.Το ένα χείλος 3 του πλαισίου σχήματος U διαθέτει μια σειρά από τρύπες 4 για την υποδοχή των προτσινιών 8 που είναι κολλημένα στο πλαίσιο-κάλυμμα 17. Μια λωρίδα 9 από ανοξείδωτο χάλυβα ή παρόμοιο υλικό ασφαλίζεται στο άλλο χείλος 5 του ημι-πλαισίου με την βοήθεια μπουλονιών 10 και περικοχλίων 11, το δε πλαίσιο κάλυμμα 7 ασφαλίζεται στην λωρίδα 9 με βίδες 12 που πιάνουν σε τρύπες 13 που έχουν ανοιχθεί με τρυπάνι σε μια λωρίδα 14 από χάλυβα και στην συνέχεια έχει χαραχθεί το σπείρωμα με κολλαούζο. Μια διαμορφωμένη υπό πίεση λωρίδα 15 από ελαστικό σιλικόνης, η οποία έχει ένα περίγραμμα 16 που προεξέχει, σταθεροποιείται πάνω στην λωρίδα 9 που σχηματίζει μια σφράγιση με τα σύνορα της πόρτας που κλείνει το καύφωμα. Η πόρτα επίσης διαθέτει ένα ανασηκωμένο κομμάτι στο σύνορό της που εκτείνεται περί το άνω και τα πλευρικά όρια της για να συνδεθεί με τον σκελετό του σφραγίζοντος πλαισίου.ω
