Abstract

Πλήρης σύνθετη ζωοτροφή, η οποία προκύπτει όταν το ενσίρωμα (χονδροειδής ζωοτροφή-κυρίως αραβοσίτου) μετά την ολοκλήρωση της αρχικής ζύμωσης (ενσίρωσης) υδρομετράται, αναλύεται και κατόπιν προωθείται σε ειδικούς αναμικτήρες όπου και συμπληρώνεται με συμπύκνωμα απο πρωτείνες, κυτταρίνη, βιταμίνες, ιχνοστοιχεία, μακροστοιχεία. Τα παραπάνω συστατικά (ενσίρωμα και συμπυκνώματα) αναμιγνύονται σε διάφορες αναλογίες, με βάση τις ανάγκες διατροφής κάθε ζώου. Κατόπιν τοποθετούνται σε αεροστεγή συσκευασία όπου λαμβάνει χώρα δεύτερη ζύμωση για μια εβδομάδα. Το προιόν που προκύπτει απο την παραπάνω διαδικασία, το οποίο σημειωτέον τοποθετημένο στην ανωτέρω αεροστεγή συσκευασία (αεροστεγείς σάκκους) μπορεί να διατηρηθεί τουλάχιστον για δύο χρόνια, εμπλουτισμένο με πρωτεινούχες, κυτταρινούχες και τροφές υψηλής ενεργειακής αξίας, καθώς και με τις απαραίτητες βιταμίνες, ιχνοστοιχεία, φώσφορο, ασβέστιο κλπ. δίνει μια πλήρη ζωοτροφή, η οποία αποτελεί ολικό (ημερήσιο) σιτηρέσιο, για όλα τα είδη μεγάλων και μικρών μηρυκαστικών.ΰ
