Abstract

εφεύρεση σχετίζεται με νέες μη-πεπτιδικές ενώσεις, οι οποίες βασίζονται σε μια πεπτιδική αλληλουχία του υποδοχέα της θρομβίνης και σε νέες μεθόδους σύνθεσης των ενώσεων αυτών. Οι ενώσεις αυτές δρουν ως αγωνιστές ή ανταγωνιστές σε μια ποικιλία κυττάρων όπως ενδοθηλιακά κύτταρα, αιμοπετάλια, αγγειακά κύτταρα λειών μυϊκών μυών και καρκινικά κύτταρα. Οι ουσίες αυτές είναι χρήσιμες για την αντιμετώπιση της θρόμβωσης και των καρδιαγγειακών ασθενειών, όπως και για την ρύθμιση της αγγειογένεσης για την θεραπεία του καρκίνου και της επούλωσης των πληγών. ΰ
