Abstract

Με το δεσμευμένο αυτούσιο υπό νέα χρήση Cypher, (Cordis company), όπως και με τις καινοτόμες προσθήκες [ΝΕΕΣ] δυναμικών κατασκευαστικών μηχανικών μορφών φαρμακευτικών κλπ. καινούργιων, ή, υπό άλλο πρίσμα ιδωμένων παραμέτρων, (πχ SHIGA-Stx StxA toxinκλπ.) το όλο σύστημα, θα χρησιμοποιηθεί ανάλογα των εμπλεκομένων καταστάσεων, για παρεμπόδιση ανάπτυξης υπερπλαστικών ιστών, [λείων εν γένει] καλοήθους βάσης, η καρκινικών, λόγω των ιδιοτήτων της ραπαμυκίνης, να επιδρά ακριβώς εκεί, όπως και στα λεμφοκύτταρα [λεμφικός ιστός]. Ο νάρθηκας, δίκην σωληνωτού ελατηρίου, (stent) θα παρέξει εγνωσμένες μηχανικές ιδιότητες, εμπλουτισμένο δε με την τοξίνη, θα προκαλέσει περαιτέρω ανοσοδιέγερση. Δέσμευση επίσης και της προτεινόμενης απεικονιστικής δυνατότητας της ραπαμυκίνης για στοχευμένη αγκίστρωση και κακείθεν απεικόνιση του ογκικού δυναμικού-περιβάλλοντος αλλά και φαρμακευτική ομοίως δράση, [μεταφορέας φαρμάκων] σε λεμφικούς ιστούς εν γένει καθώς επίσης και της εννοιολογικής μεθοδολογικής επισήμανσης όλων των χρήσεων της, υπό οιανδήποτε μορφή [αυτούσιας, συνδεδεμένης, ως επίστρωση κλπ.] σε ουρολογικά πεδία, [αναφερόμενα στο κείμενο όπως νεφρό, προστάτης, όρχης, συναφείς λεμφαδένες, ουρητήρες. . . ], όπως και σε λεμφικούς ιστούς, εν γένει (υγρούς - συμπαγείς) χορηγούμενη σε υγρή μορφή από του στόματος, ή κατευθείαν στον όγκο, μόνη ή συνδεμένη, όπως στο κείμενο άπλετα αναφέρουμε. . . .
