Abstract

ία μέθοδος διά την παρασκευήν κοπροχώματος εξ ενεργοποιηθέντος οργανικού υλικού, περιλαμβάνουσα τηνκατεργασίαν του ρηθέντος υλικού εντός σιρών (σιλό) διά την κατ' ουσίαν ολοκλήρωσιν της βακτηριακής ζυμώσεως τούτου, είτα μετά την φυσικήν πτώσιν τηςθερμοκρασίας του ρηθέντος υλικού, την τήρησιν μιας χαμηλής θερμοκρασίας εντός αυτού, και την εκ νέου υποβολήν του οργανικού υλικού εις κατεργασίαν υπό την ρηθείσαν χαμηλήν θερμοκρασίαν έως ού τούτο αποβή κατ' ουσίαν ώριμον διά της ενεργείας των μυκήτων.
