Abstract

Οι μέ?οδοι που προβλέπονται για την παραγωγή ορμονικών υπερσυναγωνιστών, οι οποίες ορμόνες είναι εκείνες που έχουν την κοινή άλφα υπομονάδα των γοναδοτροπινών, που γενικώς περιέχουν τον μετασχηματισμό των κυττάρων ξενιστών με ανασυνδυαζόμενο DNA που περιλαμβάνει μία πρώτη αλληλουχία DNA που κωδικοποιεί μια άλφα υπομονάδα ενός είδους αλόγου και μία δεύτερη αλληλουχία DNA που κωδικοποιεί μία βήτα υπομονάδα ενός είδους διαφορετικού από το άλογο. Η πρωτιμώμενη ορμόνη περιλαμβάνει μία άλφα υπομονάδα αλόγου και μία βήτα υπομονάδα της LH ή της FSH ή της CG ή της TSH του βοδιού ή του χοίρου ή του αν?ρώπου και παρουσιάζει μία κατά πολύ αυξημένη δραστικότητα. ω
