Abstract

Ψεκαστήρ (10) έχει σταθεράν κεφαλήν (11) και περιστρεφόμενον εκτροπέα (22) της κεφαλής εχούσης δίοδον (14) εκτεινόμενην δι' αυτής, δια της οποίας ρεύμα ύδατος κατευθύνεται επί κεντρικού σημείου (24) του εκτροπέως, εις το οποίον συγκλίνει η εκτρέπουσα επιφάνεια αυτού (23), της συγκλινούσης επιφανείας κλειούσης το στόμιον της διόδου (14) όταν δεν υφίσταται ροή, αλλά απομακρυνομένης δια της ροής του ύδατος, του ύδατος ρέοντος προς τα άνω επί της επιφανείας εκτροπής (23) αναχαιτιζομένου υπό των λεπίδων (28) αι οποίαι εκτείνονται προς τα έξω εκ της άνω πλευράς της επιφανείας του εκτροπέως, του ψεκαζομένου ύδατος εκπεμπομένου υπό μορφήν πλήθους ρευμάτων τα οποία περιλαμβάνουν μεγάλον ποσοστόν οριζοντίας κατευθύνσεως ώστε να δημιουργείται χαμηλόν ψέκασμα.ω
