Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de mousse de polyuréthanne flexible en plaques, à base d'isocyanates de méthylènediphényle et de composés réactifs avec les isocyanates, en présence de moins de 1% en poids d'agents de gonflement halocarbonés, qui comprend la réaction d'isocyanates de méthylènediphényle avec de l'eau et un ou plusieurs composés réactifs avec les isocyanates choisis parmi les polyols et les polyamines avec une fonctionnalité de 2 à 4 et un poids équivalent moyen se situant de 750 à 5000, facultativement avec des additifs habituels dans la spécialité, où l'indice d'isocyanate se situe de 10 à 60 et où le rapport pondéral du ou des composés réactifs avec les isocyanates à l'eau est inférieur à 20.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un ou plusieurs composés réactifs avec les isocyanates sont choisis parmi polyols de polyéther, polyols de polyester et polyamines de polyéther.
  3. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rapport pondéral du ou des composés réactifs avec les isocyanates à l'eau se situe de 3 à moins de 20.
  4. Mousse de polyuréthanne en plaques sensiblement gonflée par l'eau, gonflée en présence de moins de 1% en poids d'agent de gonflement halocarboné, à base d'isocyanates de méthylènediphényle et de composés réactifs avec les isocyanates choisis parmi les polyols et polyamines, ayant une densité se situant de 15 à 45 kg par m³ et un indice de dureté d'indentation se situant de 30 à 210 newtons, mesuré suivant le procédé décrit dans ISO 2439.
  5. Mousse de polyuréthanne flexible en plaques suivant la revendication 4, obtenue par un procédé en une étape.
  6. Système réactif pour la fabrication de mousses de polyuréthanne flexibles en plaques, le système étant un ensemble de composants individuels comprenant une composition isocyanate à base d'isocyanates de méthylènediphényle et une composition réactive avec les isocyanates comprenant un ou plusieurs polyols et/ou polyamines avec une fonctionnalité de 2 à 4 et un poids équivalent moyen se situant de 750 à 5000 et plus de 5 parties en poids d'eau par 100 parties de polyol et polyamine, facultativement avec des additifs habituels dans la spécialité, la composition isocyanate et la composition réactive avec les isocyanates étant prévues en des proportions telles qu'on obtienne un indice d'isocyanate se situant de 10 à 60 et les compositions, ensemble, comprenant moins de 1% en poids d'agent de gonflement halocarboné.
