Claims (7)
- Procédé de fabrication en continu d'une nappe d'étanchéité imperméable à l'eau et/ou à l'huile qui comprend essentiellement une couche support, une couche d'argile gonflante, notamment de la bentonite, et une couche de couverture, où au moins l'une des couches est un non tissé et où on dépose sur la couche support l'argile gonflante sèche en poudre ou en granulé, on dépose par dessus la couche de couverture et on fait passer le produit à trois couches obtenu dans une machine à coudre pour coudre la couche support et la couche de couverture, caractérisé en ce qu'avant de coudre on dépose de l'argile gonflante en poudre sur la face supérieure de la couche de couverture constituée de non tissé, on coud le matériau quadri-couche, ensuite on humidifie avec de l'eau l'argile gonflante retenue par couture dans la couche de couverture, ce qui fait gonfler l'argile gonflante et on sèche à nouveau et le cas échéant on traite ensuite de manière correspondante, la couche support.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche support est un tissu ou un film.
- Procédé de fabrication en continu d'une nappe d'étanchéité imperméable à l'eau et/ou à l'huile, qui comprend essentiellement un non tissé et une argile gonflante, caractérisé en ce qu'on dépose sur une couche support en non tissé, tissu, tricot et/ou film, le film étant un film de matière plastique, un film de matière plastique renforcé de tissu ou de papier, une structure poreuse en non tissé à forte porosité en non tissé renforcé ou non renforcé particulièrement, et même seulement en voile cardé ou un non tissé à fibres emmêlées, on y saupoudre la quantité souhaitée d'argile gonflante en poudre ou granulé, de préférence de la bentonite, ensuite on fait passer ce substrat revêtu dans une machine à coudre, on incorpore ainsi par couture l'argile gonflante dans la structure poreuse et on fixe le tout simultanément par technique de couture, ensuite on humidifie la face libre ou les deux faces du matériau composite avec de l'eau et enfin on sèche.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'à la place de la technique de couture on utilise une technique de tricotage et/ou d'aiguilletage.
- Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on enlève la couche support constituée de papier, le cas échéant après humidification préalable totalement ou seulement sur les côtés, et on humidifie les zones libérées et on les sèche à nouveau.
- Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise le séchage assez loin par irradiation infrarouge ou par passage dans un four ou dans un tunnel à air chaud.
- Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise le séchage de sorte que la bentonite conserve encore une certaine humidité résiduelle.
