Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zum Umwandeln einer unlöslichen Form von Somatotropin oder eines Somatotropinanalogen aus einem transformierten Mikroorganismus in die native Disulfidbindungstransformation, umfassend das Solubilisieren und Oxidieren des Somatotropins, wobei das Solubilisieren in Gegenwart eines Detergens durchgeführt wird, wobei das Detergens Natriumdodecylsulfat oder eine Verbindung der Formel         CH₃-(CH₂)n-CO-NR₁-CHR₂-COOH   (I) bedeutet, worin n eine ganze Zahl von 8 bis 20 bedeutet, R₁ Methyl oder Ethyl bedeutet und R₂ Wasserstoff, Methyl, Ethyl, Isopropyl oder n-Propyl bedeutet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oxidation ebenfalls in Gegenwart eines Detergens durchgeführt wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin der Mikroorganismus in einer ungepufferten alkalischen Lösung, vor der Oxidation des Somatotropins lysiert wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, worin das Somatotropin in Gegenwart einer Verbindung der Formel I solubilisiert und oxidiert wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, worin die Verbindung der Formel I N-Lauroylmethylglycin ist.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, worin das Somatotropin oder sein Analoges in einer Konzentration größer als 1 mg/ml oxidiert wird.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, worin das Somatotropin oder sein Analoges Rindersomatotropin oder ein Rindersomatotropin-Analoges ist.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, worin der Mikroorganismus ein E. Coli-Stamm ist.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, worin das Oxidieren das Einführen von Luft in die Mischung von Somatotropin und Detergens umfaßt.
