Claims (8)
- Dispersion polymère non aqueuse sans alkyde, adaptée pour réduire le temps de séchage d'une formulation de revêtement contenant un alkyde, comprenant de 10 à 60% en poids d'un premier polymère et de 90 à 40% en poids d'un second polymère, dispersés dans un milieu non aqueux dans lequel ledit premier polymère est soluble et dans lequel ledit second polymère est insoluble, et dans lequel ledit premier polymère est fixé chimiquement ou adsorbé physiquement sur ledit second polymère, ledit premier polymère ayant une masse moléculaire moyenne en nombre de 2 000 à 40 000 et une température de transition vitreuse calculée d'au moins -10°C.
- Dispersion polymère selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit premier polymère est formé d'un ou plusieurs monomères choisis dans le groupe constitué par le styrène, les isomères styréniques, les esters alkyliques d'acide méthacrylique, les esters alkyliques d'acide acrylique et les monomères vinyliques.
- Dispersion polymère selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans laquelle ledit second polymère est formé d'un ou plusieurs monomères choisis dans le groupe constitué par l'acide acrylique, l'acide méthacrylique, les esters alkyliques (en C₁-C₄) d'acide (méth)acrylique, les monoesters de glycols, l'acrylamide, le méthacrylamide, le (méth)acrylonitrile, l'acétate de vinyle, le chlorure de vinyle et le chlorure de vinylidène.
- Procédé de préparation d'une dispersion polymère non aqueuse sans alkyde, comme une dispersion selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant : la fixation ou l'adsorption d'un premier polymère qui est soluble dans un milieu non aqueux, de masse moléculaire moyenne en nombre 2 000 à 40 000, et dont la température de transition vitreuse calculée est d'au moins -10°C, sur un second polymère qui est insoluble dans ledit milieu non aqueux, dans un rapport pondéral du premier polymère au second polymère de 10 : 90 à 60 : 40, et la dispersion desdits polymères fixés dans un milieu non aqueux.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ledit second polymère est polymérisé en dispersion à partir d'un ou plusieurs monomères qui sont solubles dans ledit milieu non aqueux et dans lequel ledit second polymère est polymérisé à partir dudit ou desdits monomères en présence dudit premier polymère et dudit milieu non aqueux.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ledit second polymère est un copolymère formé par polymérisation par dispersion d'au moins deux monomères dans ledit milieu non aqueux, par chargement l'un après l'autre desdits monomères dans le milieu de polymérisation.
- Utilisation d'une dispersion polymère non aqueuse sans alkyde pour réduire le temps de séchage d'une formulation de revêtement contenant un alkyde, ladite dispersion polymère sans alkyde comprenant d'environ 10 à environ 60% en poids d'un premier polymère et d'environ 90 à environ 40% en poids d'un second polymère, dans laquelle ledit premier polymère est fixé chimiquement ou adsorbé physiquement sur ledit second polymère et ledit premier polymère est soluble dans un milieu non aqueux, possède une masse moléculaire moyenne en nombre d'environ 2 000 à environ 40 000 et une température de transition vitreuse calculée d'au moins -10°C, et dans laquelle ledit second polymère est insoluble dans ledit milieu non aqueux.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle ladite dispersion polymère sans alkyde est telle que selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3 ou est telle que préparée par le procédé selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6.
