Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines fluoreszierenden Mono-, Di- oder Polyamids einer Aminodicarbonsäure und eines Tetrapyrrols der Struktur: wobei Z der Aminosäurerest ist, und X den Rest eines Tetrapyrrols der Formel: darstellt, wobei X = H, Vinyl, Ethyl, Acetyl oder Formyl;
    Y =   Methyl oder Formyl;
    M =   Methyl; und
    E =   Ethyl
    ist, und "n" eine Zahl von 1 bis 3 einschließlich ist, das das Kontaktieren des Tetrapyrrols mit einer Aminodicarbonsäure in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel und gegebenenfalls das Umwandeln des Produkts in ein Salz davon umfaßt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Aminosäure eine Alphaaminosäure ist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Produkt ein Mono- oder Diamid ist.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Produkt Mono- oder Di-L-Aspartylchlorin e₆ ist.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Produkt Mono- oder oder Di-L-Glutamylchlorin e₆ ist.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Produkt Mono- oder Di-L-Aspartylbacteriochlorin e₆ ist.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Produkt Mono- oder Di-L-Glutamylbacteriochlorin e₆ ist.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Produkt Mono- oder Di-L-Aspartylrhodin g₇ ist.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Produkt Mono- oder Di-L-Glutamylrhodin g₇ ist.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Produkt Mono- oder Di-L-Glutamylmesochlorin e₆ ist.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Produkt Mono- oder Di-L-Aspartylmesochlorin e₆ ist.
  12. Verwendung einer Verbindung, hergestellt gemäß dem Verfahren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, zur Herstellung einer pharamzeutischen Zusammensetzung zum Nachweis und Behandlung von Tumoren und Krebsgeweben im menschlichen oder tierischen Körper.
