Claims (14)

  1. Procédé de préparation d'un mono-, di- ou polyamide fluorescent d'un acide amino dicarboxylique et d'un tétrapyrrole, ayant la structure : dans laquelle :
    - Z est le reste d'acide aminé ; et
    - X est le reste d'un tétrapyrrole de formule : dans laquelle :
    - X = H, vinyle, éthyle, acétyle ou formyle ;
    - Y = méthyle ou formyle ;
    - M = méthyle ; et
    - E = éthyle ; et
    - "n" est un entier de 1 à 3 inclus,
    qui comprend la mise en contact du tétrapyrrole avec un acide amino dicarboxylique, dans un solvant approprié, et la conversion facultative du produit en un sel de celui-ci.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'acide aminé est un alpha amino acide.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le produit est un mono- ou diamide.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le produit est la mono- ou di-L-aspartyl chlorine e₆.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le produit est la mono- ou di-L-glutamyl chlorine e₆.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le produit est la mono- ou di-L-aspartyl bactériochlorine e₆.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le produit est la mono- ou di-L-glutamyl bactériochlorine e₆.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le produit est la mono- ou di-L-aspartyl rhodine g₇.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le produit est la mono- ou di-L-glutamyl rhodine g₇.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le produit est la mono- ou di-L-glutamyl mésochlorine e₆.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le produit est la mono- ou di-L-aspartyl mésochlorine e₆.
  12. Utilisation d'un composé préparé selon le procédé des revendications 1 à 11, pour la préparation d'une composition pharmaceutique pour la détection et le traitement de tumeurs et de tissus cancéreux dans le corps humain ou animal.
