Claims (7)
1. Méthode pour déterminer dans un échantillon la présence d'un antigène de surface des hématies lié auxdites cellules ou bien la présence d'anticorps contre cet antigène de surface, qui consiste:
à mélanger ledit échantillon à des billes ou microsphères fluorescentes conjuguées à un récepteur homologue dudit antigène de surface ou bien conjuguées à l'antigène de surface correspondant auxdits anticorps:
seul le conjugué au récepteur étant utilisé pour la détermination de l'antigène de surface lié auxdites hématies, et
pour la détermination desdits anticorps:
(a) un conjugué à l'antigène est utilisé en association avec des hématies portant le même antigène ou bien (b) un conjugué au récepteur est utilisé en association avec des hématies portant un antigène homologue dudit anticorps; et
à déterminer la variation de fluorescence, comparativement à un échantillon comprenant un antigène connu des hématies ou bien un anticorps correspondant.
2. Méthode suivant la revendication 1, dans laquelle l'antigène de surface est choisi dans le groupe comprenant les antigènes A et B.
3. Méthode suivant la revendication 1, dans laquelle l'antigène de surface est le facteur Rh.
4. Méthode suivant la revendication 1, dans laquelle le récepteur est un anticorps contre un antigène de surface des hématies.
5. Méthode suivant la revendication 4, dans laquelle l'anticorps est un anticorps monoclonal.
6. Méthode suivant la revendication 1, dans laquelle le récepteur est une lectine.
7. Méthode suivant la revendication 1, dans laquelle la bille ou microsphère fluorescente est une particule de latex.
