Claims (8)
- Composition de corps gras comprenant un mélange d'une matière grasse liquide non digestible qui possède un point de fusion de 37°C ou au-dessous et d'une matière grasse solide qui possède un point de fusion complète au-dessus de 37°C, caractérisée en ce que la matière solide possède une granulométrie de 10 micromètres ou moins et le rapport molaire de la matière grasse liquide à la matière grasse solide est de 1,5:1 à 4:1 et dans laquelle ladite matière grasse solide est non digestible.
- Composition selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la matière grasse liquide est un polyester d'acide gras et de polyol non digestible, choisi de préférence dans le groupe formé par les polyesters d'acide gras et de sucre, les polyesters d'acide gras et d'alcool de sucre, les polyesters d'acide gras et de polyglycérol, et leurs mélanges.
- Composition selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle le polyester d'acide gras et de polyol liquide possède au moins 4 groupes polyesters d'acide gras, et dans laquelle le polyol est choisi dans le groupe formé par les sucres contenant de 4 à 8 groupes hydroxyle, les alcools de sucre contenant de 4 à 8 groupes hydroxyle, les polyglycérols ayant de 2 à 30, de préférence de 5 à 15, de façon tout particulièrement préférée de 6 à 10, motifs de glycérol éthérifié, et leurs mélanges, et dans laquelle les acides gras sont choisis dans le groupe formé par les acides gras insaturés et saturés ayant de 2 à 24, de préférence de 8 à 24, de façon tout particulièrement préférée de 14 à 18 atomes de carbone.
- Composition selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle le polyester d'acide gras et de polyol liquide est choisi dans le groupe formé par le tétraoléate de saccharose, le pentaoléate de saccharose, l'hexaoléate de saccharose, l'heptaoléate de saccharose, l'octaoléate de saccharose, le tétraoléate de glucose, les tétraesters de glycose et d'acides gras d'huile desoja insaturés, les tétraesters de mannose et d'acides gras d'huile de soja mélangés, les tétraesters galactose et d'acide oléique, les tétraesters d'arabinose et d'acide linoléique, le tétralinoléate de xylose, le pentaoléate de galactose, le tétraoléate de sorbitol, les hexaesters de sorbitol et d'acides gras d'huile de soja insaturés, le pentaoléate de xyloïtol, le tétraoléate d'érythritol et leurs mélanges.
- Composition selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la matière grasse solide non digestible est un polyester d'acide gras et de polyol, de préférence choisi dans le groupe formé par les polyesters d'acide gras et de sucre, les polyesters d'acide gras et d'alcool de sucre, les polyesters d'acide gras et de polyglycérol, et leurs mélanges.
- Composition selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle le sucre du polyester d'acide gras et de polyol solide est le saccharose, et dans laquelle les groupes esters d'acide gras se composent essentiellement de radicaux d'acide gras à chaîne courte contenant de 2 à 10 atomes de carbone et de radicaux d'acide gras à longue chaîne contenant de 20 à 24 atomes de carbone, dans laquelle le rapport molaire des radicaux à chaîne courte aux radicaux à longue chaîne est de 4:4 à 3:5 et le degré d'estérification est de 7 à 8.
- Composition selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle le polyester d'acide gras et de polyol solide possède au moins 4 groupes polyesters d'acide gras, et dans laquelle le polyol est choisi dans le groupe formé par les sucres contenant de 4 à 8 groupes hydroxyle, les alcools de sucre contenant de 2 à 30, de préférence de 5 à 15, de façon tout particulièrement préférée, de 6 à 10, motifs de glycérol éthérifiés ou leurs mélanges, et dans laquelle les acides gras sont choisis dans le groupe formé par des acides gras saturés et insaturés ayant de 2 à 24, de préférence 8 à 24, de façon plus particulièrement préférée 12 à 24, de façon plus particulièrement préférée de 16 à 22, de façon tout particulièrement préférée de 16 à 18 atomes de carbone.
- Composition selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle le polyester d'acide gras et de polyol solide est choisi dans le groupe formé par l'octastéarate de saccharose, l'octapalmitate de saccharose, l'heptastéarate de saccharose, le pentastéarate de xylitol, le pentapalmitate de galactose et leurs mélanges.
