Claims (10)
1. Konstrukcijska ploča (20) za građenje koja sadrži:
prvi (26), drugi (30), treći (32), i četvrti (28) vodoravni izduženi element;
prve (36) i druge (38) okomite izdužene elemente učvršćene na prvi (26), drugi (30), treći (32), i četvrti (28) vodoravne izdužene elemente tako da prvi (26) i četvrti (28) vodoravni izduženi elementi tvore odgovarajući vrh i dno konstrukcijske ploče (20), tako da prvi (36) i drugi (38) okomiti izduženi elementi tvore odgovarajuće strane ploče, te pri čemu barem jedan od vodoravnih i okomitih izduženih elemenata sadrži stup (10), pri čemu barem još jedan od vodoravnih i okomitih izduženih elemenata sadrži stazu (12), pri čemu staza (12) sadrži rebro staze (14) i prvu i drugu prirubnicu staze (16), pri čemu se prva i druga prirubnica staze (16) pružaju u istom smjeru pod uglavnom pravim kutovima od suprotnih strana rebra staze (14), pri čemu stup (10) sadrži rebro stupa (14) i prvu i drugu prirubnicu stupa (16), pri čemu se prve i druge prirubnice stupa (16) pružaju u istom smjeru pod uglavnom pravim kutovima od suprotnih strana rebra stupa (14), te pri čemu je rebro stupa (14) šire nego prirubnica stupa (14) tako da se stup (10) može ugraditi unutar staze (12); te
pri čemu konstrukcijska ploča (20) nadalje sadrži treći (44), četvrti (48), i peti (46) okomiti izduženi element koji su učvršćeni na prve (26), druge (30), treće (32), i četvrte (28) vodoravne izdužene elemente

prvi element spone (54) učvršćen na prvi (36) i treći (44) okomiti izduženi element i na četvrti (28) vodoravni izduženi element; te
drugi element spone (56) učvršćen na drugi (38) i peti (46) okomiti izduženi element i na četvrti (28) vodoravni izduženi element, pri čemu prvi (54) i drugi (56) element spone tvore integriranu V-sponu u konstrukcijskoj ploči konstruiranoj da prenosi bočno opterećenje na konstrukcijsku V-stegnutu ploču na konstrukcijski stup.
2. Konstrukcijska ploča (20) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da staza (12) nadalje sadrži prvi i drugi preklop staze (18), pri čemu se prvi i drugi preklopi staze (18) pružaju prema unutra od krajeva prve i druge prirubnice staze (16) tako da su prvi i drugi preklopi staze (18) paralelni sa rebrom staze (14), pri čemu stup (10) nadalje sadrži prvi i drugi preklop staze (18), te pri čemu se prvi i drugi preklopi staze (18) pružaju prema unutra od krajeva prve i druge prirubnice stupa (16) tako da su prvi i drugi preklopi stupa (18) paralelni sa rebrom stupa (14).
3. Konstrukcijska ploča (20) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da nadalje sadrži:
treći element spone (62) između trećih (44) i četvrtih (46) okomitih izduženih elemenata i učvršćen na treći (44), četvrti (48), i peti (46) okomiti izduženi element.
4. Postupak za izgradnju zgrade, naznačen time da sadrži:
pričvršćivanje prve konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče (20), navedena prva konstrukcijska rešetkasta ploča je konstrukcijska ploča kako je definirano u zahtjevu 1, na prvi konstrukcijski stup;
pričvršćivanje drugog konstrukcijskog stupa okomito izravno na prvi konstrukcijski stup; i,
pričvršćivanje druge konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče (20) na drugi konstrukcijski stup tako da je druga konstrukcijska rešetkasta ploča okomito iznad prve konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče, tako da postoji zazor između prve i druge konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče (20), te tako da se okomito trenutno i stalno opterećenje i bočno opterećenje prenose bočno na prvi i drugi konstrukcijski stup i zatim okomito između prvog i drugog stupa umjesto na okomitu konstrukcijsku rešetkastu ploču na konstrukcijsku rešetkastu ploču.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da nadalje sadrži:
pričvršćivanje treće konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče (20) na prvi konstrukcijski stup; te
pričvršćivanje četvrte konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče (20) na drugi konstrukcijski stup tako da je četvrta konstrukcijska rešetkasta ploča (20) okomito iznad treće konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče (20), tako da postoji zazor između treće i četvrte konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče (20), te tako da se okomito trenutno i stalno opterećenje i bočna opterećenja na treću i četvrtu konstrukcijsku rešetkastu ploču (20) prenose bočno preko trećih i četvrtih konstrukcijskih rešetkastih ploča na prve i druge konstrukcijske stupce, a ne od konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče na konstrukcijsku rešetkastu ploču.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da nadalje sadrži:
pričvršćivanje prvog rešetkastog nosača poda i/ili stropa na integrirani rešetkasti dio prve konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče tako da prva rešetka poda i/ili stropa nosi element koji sadrži strop prvog prostora definiranog barem djelomično s prvom strukturnom rešetkastom pločom (20) i pod od drugog prostora definiranog barem djelomično s drugom strukturnom rešetkastom pločom (20); te
pričvršćivanje drugog rešetkastog nosača poda i/ili stropa na integrirani rešetkasti dio druge konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče (20) tako da drugi rešetkasti nosač poda i/ili stropa nosi element koji obuhvaća strop drugog prostora i pod trećeg prostora iznad drugog prostora.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da nadalje sadrži:
pričvršćivanje trećeg konstrukcijskog stupa okomito i izravno na drugi konstrukcijski stup;
pričvršćivanje treće konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče na treći konstrukcijski stup okomito iznad druge konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče (20);
pričvršćivanje četvrtog konstrukcijskog stupa okomito i izravno na treći konstrukcijski stup;
pričvršćivanje četvrte konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče na četvrti konstrukcijski stup okomito iznad treće konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče (20);
pričvršćivanje petog konstrukcijskog stupa okomito i izravno na četvrti konstrukcijski stup;
pričvršćivanje pete konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče na peti konstrukcijski stup okomito iznad četvrte konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče (20);
pričvršćivanje šestog konstrukcijskog stupa okomito i izravno na peti konstrukcijski stup; i,
pričvršćivanje šeste konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče na šesti konstrukcijski stup okomito iznad pete konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče (20);
pri čemu postoji razmak između prve, druge, treće, četvrte, pete, i šeste konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče (20) tako da se okomite i bočne sile na prvu, drugu, treću, četvrtu, petu, i šestu konstrukcijsku rešetkastu ploču prenose bočno od prvih, drugih, trećih, četvrtih, petih, i šestih konstrukcijskih rešetkastih ploča (20) na prvi, drugi, treći, četvrti, peti, i šesti konstrukcijski stup i zatim okomito prema dolje, a ne okomito između prve, druge, treće, četvrte, pete, te šeste konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče (20).
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da su sve konstrukcijske rešetkaste ploče (20) konstruirane od stupova (10) koji sadrže čelik za lake konstrukcije između i uključujući 18 i 14 gauge.
9. Konstrukcijska ploča (20) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da svaka od staza (12) i stup (10) sadrže čelik za lake konstrukcije od između i uključujući 18 i 14 gauge.
