Claims (13)

1. Postupak izdvajanja fetalne stanice u uzorku majčinske krvi, naznačen time što se navedeni postupak sastoji u koracima: a. osiguravanja uzorka majčinske krvi ili njegove frakcije b. stavljanja uzorka u kontakt s hibridizacijskom sondom koja sadrži najmanje 10 uzastopnih nukleotida komplementarnih genu koji kodira marker za endotelne stanice ili s ligandom usmjerenim na marker za endotelne stanice, gdje se marker za endotelne stanice bira iz skupine koju čine CD105, CD146, CD141, Vimentin, VCAM, ICAM, VEGFR-1, VEGFR-2, VEGFR-3, ITGA5, ITGB5, CDH11 ili CDH3 i c. odabira stanica specifičnih za navedeni marker za endotelne stanice, čime se uzorak obogaćuje stanicama s endotelnim fenotipom d. stavljanja u kontakt stanica odabranih u c) koje pokazuju endotelni fenotip s hibridizacijskom sondom koja sadrži najmanje 10 uzastopnih nukleotida komplementarnih genu koji kodira marker za epiteline stanice ili s ligandom usmjerenim na marker za epiteline stanice, gdje se marker za epiteline stanice bira iz skupine koju čine CK1, CK2, CK3, CK4, CK5, CK6, CK7, CK8, CK9, CK10, CK13, CK14, CK15, CK16, CK17, CK18 ili CK19, e. detektiranje stanica s endotelnim fenotipom koje se također vežu s markerom za epiteline stanice iz koraka d) f. izbornog dijagnosticiranja i/ili predviđanja genetskog sadržaja stanica detektiranih u e) gdje se korake b-e može provesti bilo kojim redoslijedom.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se cilj endotelnog markera nalazi na površini stanice koju treba identificirati.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se cilj epitelnog markera nalazi unutar stanice koju treba identificirati.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se sastoji u koracima a. osiguravanja uzorka majčinske krvi ili njegove frakcije b. stavljanja uzorka u kontakt s i. hibridizacijskom sondom koja sadrži najmanje 10 uzastopnih nukleotida komplementarnih genu koji kodira marker za endotelne stanice ili ii. ligandom usmjerenim na marker za endotelne stanice c. odabira stanica koje se vežu s hibridizacijskom sondom ili s ligandom iz prethodnog koraka, čime se uzorak obogaćuje stanicama koje se vežu s hibridizacijskom sondom ili s ligandom iz prethodnog koraka d. stavljanja u kontakt obogaćenog uzorka s i. hibridizacijskom sondom koja sadrži najmanje 10 uzastopnih nukleotida komplementarnih genu koji kodira marker za epiteline stanice ili ii. ligandom usmjerenim na marker za epiteline stanice.
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što dodatno uključuje korak identificiranja fetalnih stanica u uzorku.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 4 i 5, naznačen time što se identificiranje sastoji u detektiranju prisutnosti liganda usmjerenog na marker za epiteline stanice ili hibridizacijske sonde usmjerene na marker za epiteline stanice na ili u fetalnoj stanici.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je uzorak majčinske krvi puna krv.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se stanice u uzorku podvrgne koraku fiksiranja nakon koraka odabira odnosno obogaćivanja.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se stanice u uzorku permeabilizira nakon koraka fiksiranja i prije stavljanja u kontakt s ligandom usmjerenim na marker za epiteline stanice ili hibridizacijskom sondom.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se marker za endotelne stanice bira iz skupine koju čine: CD105, CD146 ili CD141.
11. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je marker za endotelne stanice CD105.
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se marker za epiteline stanice bira iz skupine koju čine: CK8, CK18, CK19 ili CK7.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se sastoji u stavljanju u kontakt uzorka s protutijelom M30.
