Claims (11)

1. Postupak za proizvodnju uree u postrojenju uree koji sadrži odjeljak za sintezu, navedeni odjeljak sadrži reaktor uree, strugač, kondenzator i opcionalno pročistač i odjeljak za oporavak koji radi pod nižim tlakom od odjeljka za sintezu, navedeni postupak uključuje korake: a) reakcija amonijaka i CO2 u uvjetima stvaranja uree u reaktoru uree radi dobivanja prve otopine uree, b) stripiranje prve otopine uree s amonijakom u strugaču kako bi se dobila druga otopina uree i prva parna faza koja sadrži amonijak, CO2 i vodu, c) kondenziranje prve parne faze dobivene u b) u kondenzatoru kako bi se dobila otopina karbamata koja se reciklira u reaktor d) podvrgavanje druge otopine uree oporavku amonijaka u odjeljku za oporavak radi dobivanja treće otopine uree i druge parne faze koja sadrži amonijak e) recikliranje druge parne faze u odjeljku za sintezu uree, naznačen time, što se u odjeljku za sintezu stvara znatna izobarična petlja, naznačen time, što druga otopina uree sadrži manje od 3 tež.%, poželjno manje od 2 tež.%, poželjnije manje od 1 tež.% CO2, i naznačen time, što je kondenzator potopljeni kondenzator.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da su svi tokovi u odjeljku sinteze gravitacijski tokovi.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time, što se druga otopina uree podvrgava titranju pod srednjim tlakom kako bi se dobila raspršena otopina uree i amonijak koji sadrži pare.

9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što je omjer N/C (omjer amonijaka i ugljičnog dioksida) u koraku (a) u opsegu od 3,8-4,2, poželjno u rasponu od 3,9-4,1.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što je tlak u reaktoru u rasponu od 18-21 MPa, poželjno 18.5-20.5 MPa.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, što je uronjeni kondenzator horizontalni uronjeni kondenzator.
