Claims (13)
1. Ambidekstralna radna rukavica izrađena od polimernog materijala, pri čemu navedena rukavica ima vanjski reljefni uzorak s teksturom riblje ljuske koji omogućava prijanjanje sa obje strane rukavice u barem dijelu područja dlana, prsta i palca, naznačena time da se na unutrašnjoj površini rukavice nalazi poleđina navedenog vanjskog uzorka za kontakt s rukom korisnika.
2. Rukavica prema zahtjevu 1, napravljena od vanjskog sloja prvog polimernog materijala i unutrašnjeg sloja drugog polimernog materijala, gdje je vanjski uzorak na vanjskom sloju, a poleđina vanjskog uzorka na unutrašnjem sloju.
3. Rukavica prema zahtjevu 2, gdje je prvi polimer sintetički gumeni kopolimer.
4. Rukavica prema zahtjevu 3, gdje se sintetički gumeni kopolimer sastoji od kopolimera acetonitrila i butadiena.
5. Rukavica prema zahtjevu 2, gdje je prvi polimer lateks.
6. Rukavica prema zahtjevu 2, gdje je drugi polimer polimer koji olakšava klizanje rukavice preko ruke korisnika dok se rukavica navlači.
7. Rukavica prema zahtjevu 2, gdje je drugi polimer poliuretan.
8. Rukavica prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, gdje je debljina rukavice u ne-teksturiranom dijelu oko 6 mil do oko 10 mil (otprilike 0.15 mm do otprilike 0.25 mm).
9. Rukavica prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, koja otprilike ima jednu od sljedećih težina: 10g; 11g; 12g; 13g; 14g; 15g; 16g; 17g; 18g; 19g; 20g.
10. Rukavica prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, koja sadrži područja bez vanjskog uzorka, pri čemu je debljina teksturiranih dijelova X% veća od debljine polimernog materijala u područjima gdje nema uzorka koji omogućava prijanjanje, i gdje X ima jednu od sljedećih vrijednosti: 10%; 20%; 30%; 40%; 50%.
11. Rukavica prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, koja je usklađena s najmanje jednim uvjetom iz grupe koja se sastoji od uvjeta Saveznog Zakona o hrani, lijekovima i kozmetici SAD-a (FFDCA), Europskog Standarda EN374-3, Europskog Standarda EN388:2003, Europskog Standarda EN374-2, Europskog Standarda EN420:2003, Europskog Standarda EN 1186:2002, i Europskog Standarda EN421:2010.
12. Postupak za pravljenje ambidekstralne radne rukavice prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2 do 7, ili prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 8 do 11 kao zavisnih od zahtjeva 2 do 7, koji se sastoji iz sljedećih koraka:
a. davanje otopine navedenog prvog polimera;
b. davanje otopine koagulanta;
c. davanje otopine navedenog drugog polimera;
d. davanje najmanje jednog kalupa koji ima površinu teksture riblje ljuske i umakanje najmanje jednog kalupa u otopinu koagulanta da bi se najmanje jedan kalup premazao koagulantom;
e. uklanjanje najmanje jednog kalupa iz otopine koagulanta i sušenje koagulantnog premaza na najmanje jednom kalupu;
f. umakanje najmanje jednog kalupa sa koagulantnim premazom u otopinu prvog polimera, i dopuštanje otopini prvog polimera da obloži najmanje jedan kalup;
g. uklanjanje najmanje jednog kalupa iz otopine prvog polimera i sušenje polimernog premaza na najmanje jednom kalupu, formiranje filma;
h. pranje filma na najmanje jednom kalupu, i umakanje najmanje jednog kalupa obloženog filmom u drugu otopinu polimera, i dopuštanje otopini drugog polimera da obloži film; i
i. skidanje rukavice s najmanje jednog kalupa.
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 12, u kojem se teksturirana površina kalupa pruža preko Y% kalupa, gdje Y ima jednu od sljedećih vrijednosti: 100%; 90%; 80%; 70%; 60%; 50%; 40%; 30%; 20%; 10%.
