Claims (15)
1. Kontinuirani postupak za proizvodnju biogoriva, navedeni postupak sadrži,
- prethodnu obradu krute sirovine,
- miješanje katalizatora s navedenom krutom sirovinom,
- prijenos mješavine katalizatora i krute sirovine u reaktor i
- podvrgavanje navedene mješavine nizu zagrijavanja kontroliranom pomicanjem navedene mješavine katalizatora i krute sirovine kroz navedeni reaktor pored statičkih mikrovalnih generatora koji na nju primjenjuju mikrovalnu energiju, kako bi se dobilo navedeno biogorivo,
pri čemu je kruta sirovina materijal podrijetlom iz biološkog i/ili obnovljivog resursa koji sadrži polimerizirane ugljikovodične lance sposobne za formiranje navedenog biogoriva kada se podvrgne navedenom kontinuiranom postupku,
pri čemu katalizator sadrži aluminosilikatni mineral, i postotak aluminosilikatnog minerala u mješavini katalizatora i sirovine je manji od 10% (w/w),
pri čemu se temperatura mješavine katalizatora i krute sirovine podiže na temperaturu u rasponu od 250-500 °C tijekom navedenog niza zagrijavanja, i
pri čemu je biogorivo ulje.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je radni tlak u reaktoru u rasponu od 50-130 kPa.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-2, naznačen time što je radni tlak u reaktoru niži od atmosferskog tlaka.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-2, naznačen time što je radni tlak u reaktoru viši od atmosferskog tlaka.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-4, naznačen time što je aluminosilikatni mineral zeolit.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-4, naznačen time što je postotak aluminosilikata u mješavini katalizatora i sirovine manji od 5% (w/w).
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-5, naznačen time što je kruta sirovina sirova kruta sirovina.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-6, naznačen time što je kruta sirovina kruta biomasa.
9. 10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-8, naznačen time što reaktor je reaktor s pokretnim slojem.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što je pokretni sloj katalizatora i krute sirovine osiguran trakastim ili pužnim transporterom.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-10, naznačen time što se recikliranje procesne energije koristi za najmanje 1 izlaz procesne energije.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-11, naznačen time što je postupak bez otapala.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-13, naznačen time što postupak uključuje tri temperaturne faze:
fazu uklanjanja vode, u kojoj je temperatura sirovine ili mješavine katalizatora i sirovine unutar raspona od 80-120 °C;
međufazu, u kojoj se temperatura sirovine ili mješavine katalizatora i sirovine podiže na temperaturu unutar raspona od 100-300 °C;
fazu proizvodnje biogoriva, u kojoj se temperatura mješavine katalizatora i sirovine podiže na temperaturu unutar raspona od 250-500 °C.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-14, naznačen time što pred-obrada krute sirovine sadrži peletizaciju i/ili predgrijavanje.
