Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Granulatentstaubung nach dem Prinzip des Gegenstromsichters. Es besteht die Aufgabe, mit geringem Geraete- und Energieaufwand den Reinheitsgrad des Granulates zu verbessern. Erfindungsgemaess erfolgt die Trennung der unerwuenschten staubfoermigen Teilchen vom Granulat in einem trichterfoermigen Vorsichtkanal. Die uebrigen Verunreinigungen werden durch eine Gegenstromspuelung mit Traegergas oder in bekannter Weise mit einem Sekundaergasstrom abgeschieden. Die Trennung des Granulates von den staubfoermigen Teilchen in zwei voneinander unabhaengigen Phasen und die weitestgehend wirbelfreie Stroemungsfuehrung von Traeger- und Sekundaergas fuehrt zur Verbesserung des Reinheitsgrades bei Verbesserung des Wirkungsgrades der Gesamtanlage und zu geringeren Anlagekosten.
