Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft neue Bindemittel mit verbesserten Eigenschaften zur Herstellung keramischer Maskenformen fuer die Feingusztechnik. Im besonderen betrifft die Erfindung Bindemittel auf Basis von Aethylsilikaten, welche mit Wasserueberschusz hydrolysiert werden. Das Ziel der Erfindung besteht darin, neue Bindemittel auf Aethylsilikatbasis vorzuschlagen, die nach ihrer Hydrolyse zu stabilen Binderloesungen fuehren und damit laengere Verarbeitungszeiten der Binderloesungen ermoeglichen sowie Keramikformen hoeherer Festigkeit und Gasdurchlaessigkeit zur Folge haben. Die Aufgabe wird dadurch geloest, dasz das Bindemittel eine Mischung eines Polyaethoxysiloxans mit Aethyltriaethoxysilan oder mit Diaethyldiaethoxysilan oder eine Mischung aller 3 Komponenten oder eine solche der Aethylaethoxysilankomponenten oder das Diaethyldiaethoxysilan selbst ist. Mit diesen Bindemitteln hergestellte, mit Wasserueberschusz hydrolysierte Binderloesungen besitzen gegenueber vergleichbaren Binderloesungen mit handelsueblichen Aethylsilikaten eine wesentlich hoehere Gelierzeit. Gleichzeitig wird durch den Einsatz der erfindungsgemaeszen Bindemittel eine Erhoehung der Gruen- und Heiszfestigkeit und der Gasdurchlaessigkeit der Keramikformen erreicht.
