Abstract

Es wird ein neues Verfahren zur Herstellung von 2-(((5-(Dimethylamino)methyl-2-furanyl)methyl)tio)aethanamin der Formel I beschrieben, bei welchem 2-(((5-(Dimethylamino)methyl-2-furanyl)methyl)thio)aethanol der Formel II zum entsprechenden Halogenid der Formel III, worin Hal Chlor oder Brom bedeutet, umgesetzt wird und die erhaltene Verbindung mit Ammoniak zur gewuenschten Verbindung aminiert wird. Die gewuenschte Verbindung stellt eine wertvolle Zwischenverbindung bei der Herstellung der therapeutisch wichtigen Verbindung Ranitidin dar, welche zur Behandlung von Ulkus-Krankheiten verwendet wird.
