Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Herstellung von regelmaessigen geflochtenen Stahllitzen, insbesondere zur Herstellung von ein- oder mehrlagigen Drahtseillitzen gleicher Windungshoehe aus hochfesten vorgeformten Stahldraehten. Das Wesen des erfindungsgemaessen Verfahrens besteht darin, dass die die Einzeldraehte aufnehmenden Spulen auf einem feststehenden Ablaufgeraet angeordnet werden, und die von hier ablaufenden Einzeldraehte durch einen ebenfalls feststehenden Spinnkopf durchgefuehrt werden, wo sie vorgeordnet und entspannt werden. Danach werden die so vorbehandelten Einzeldraehte in einem Punkt zusammengefasst und verdichtet durch eine in diesem Punkt erfolgende Drehung zu einer regelmaessigen geflochtenen Litze vereinigt. Die Zeichnung zeigt die erfindungsgemaesse Vorrichtung zur Durchfuehrung des Verfahrens. Fig. 1
