Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung eines aus mindestens zwei miteinander metallisch fest in Form einer Verschweißung oder Verlötung verbundenen Metallblechen bestehenden Verdampfers mit partiell vergrößerten und unterschiedlichen Kanalquerschnitten für ein Kompressorkühlgerät, wobei zunächst zur Bildung eines zwischen den Metallblechen mäanderförmig verlaufenden Kühlmittelkanales gleichmäßigen Querschnittes Teilbereiche der miteinander verbundenen Metallbleche durch Innendruck zu Kanälen ausgeformt werden, und bei dem nach dem ersten Ausformen der Kühlmittelkanäle die zur partiellen Vergrößerung des Kanalquerschnittes vorgesehenen Bereiche des Kühlmittelkanales einer Erwärmung unterzogen werden und der Kühlmittelkanal erneut mit einem Innendruck beaufschlagt wird, welcher ein zweites partiell begrenztes Ausformen eines oder beider Metallbleche bewirkt.
