Abstract
A találmány (I) általános képletű vegyületekre, gyógyászatilagalkalmazható sóikra és in vivo körülmények között hidrolizálhatóésztereikre vonatkozik - a képletben n értéke 1 vagy 2; R1 klór-,fluor- vagy brómatomot vagy metil- vagy metoxicsoportot jelent; R4hidrogénatomot vagy fluoratomot jelent; R2 a következő (i)-(iii)pontban felsorolt csoportokat jelenti: (i) halogénatom vagy nitro-,hidroxil-, amino- vagy cianocsoport; (ii) -X1-R5 képletű csoport,amelyben X1 vegyértékkötést vagy -O-, -S-, -SO-, -SO2-, -NR6-, -CO-, -CONR6-, -NR6CO-, -NR6SO2- vagy -NR6CONR7- képletű csoportot jelent, ésaz utóbbi képletekben R6 és R7 egymástól függetlenül hidrogénatomotvagy adott esetben egy vagy több A csoporttal szubsztituált 1-4szénatomos alkilcsoportot jelent; és R5 jelentése alkil-, cikloalkil-,cikloalkil-alkil-, alkenil- vagy alkinilcsoport, amelyekhez adottesetben egy vagy több A szubsztituens kapcsolódhat; vagy fenil-,fenil-alkil-, heteroaril- vagy heteroaril-alkil-csoport, amelyekhezadott esetben egy vagy több Dszubsztituens kapcsolódhat, és aheteroaril-csoport adott esetben az -NH- molekularészen G-szubsztituenst is hordozhat; (iii) a molekula további részéheznitrogénatomon keresztül kapcsolódó, 4-8 tagú heterociklusos csoport,ami adott esetben gyűrűtag-szénatomhoz kapcsolódva egy vagy több D-szubsztituenst hordozhat, és ha a heterociklusos csoport -NH-csoportot tartalmaz, ennek nitrogénatomjához adott esetben G-szubsztituens kapcsolódhat; és R3 adott esetben egy vagy több Acsoporttal szubsztituált alkil- vagy cikloalkilcsoportot, vagy adottesetben egy vagy több D csoporttal szubsztituált fenil- vagyheteroaril-csoportot jelent, és a heteroaril-csoport -NH-molekularészéhez adott esetben G szubsztituens kapcsolódhat.
