Abstract

3,5-piperidinium polymers having an intrinsic viscosity of less than dl/g = 0.25, measured at 40.degree.C. in lN aodium nitrate, are disclosed. Three particular methods employing a catalyst system and chain transfer agents for preparing the polymers at high rates of conversion are described. The use of the polymers as electroconductive coatings and for flocculation of suspensions is detailed. [CA1046871A]
