Abstract

The food composition, which may be used in a marshmallow, an imitation butter milk, a cake and a textured vegetable protein, is obtained by combining a source of microbial protein, which may contain up to 50% of milk protein, with a fat, in a weight ratio of 1:22 to 6:1. [GB1556297A]
