Abstract

A herbal sachet is provided which comprises a water-permeable sachet including a blend of herbs in an amount effective to improve the condition of a human's facial skin. When the sachet is brought into contact with hot water, the contents of the sachet absorb the water and the steam rising from the water contacts the facial skin resulting in an improvement of skin's condition. A herbal sachet is also provided which comprises a water-permeable sachet including a blend of herbs in an amount effective to result in a therapeutic, soothing effect on tired and/or sore human eye(s) when the contents of the herbal sachet have absorbed water and the sachet is placed over the eye(s).
