Abstract
In un sensore 10 per determinare contemporaneamente il tenore di ossigeno in miscele gassose e la velocità del gas, su un supporto 11 di materiale di cattiva conduzione termica sono applicati un riscaldatore 12, uno strato di isolamento elettrico 13, una termosonda 14, un secondo strato di isolamento elettrico 17 ed un sensore 19 del gas, con tecnica a strato spesso e/oppure a strato sottile. Con l'ausilio del sensore 10 è possibile rilevare contemporaneamente la velocità del gas e l'inquinamento del gas, laddove sul sensore 19 del gas si svolgono processi endotermici od esotermici, trascurabili rispetto alla convenzione.
