Abstract

Un metodo per interfacciare un'apparecchiatura cromatografica LC o SFC con uno spettrometro di massa, comprende le fasi di posizionare uno o più elementi conduttivi adiacenti alla estremità della colonna cromatografica; posizionare detta estremità della colonna e detto elemento conduttivo ad una distanza prefissata dalla sorgente di ioni e collegare detto o detti elementi conduttivi ad una sorgente di tensione elevata e mettere a terra detta sorgente di ioni, o viceversa, per creare un campo elettrostatico di nebulizzazione dell'eluente (fig. 3).
