Abstract

Vengono illustrati un vettore ricombinante ed una cellula animale trasformata che è stata trasformata dal vettore ricombinante ed ha la capacità di produrre polipeptide attivo M-CSF ad un livello elevato di produttività ed in maniera stabile. Il vettore ricombinante contiene un DNA con M-CSF asportato (un DNA contenente una porzione di un DNA che codifica una sequenza di amminoacidi che parte dallo N-terminale fino allo amminoacido 179 di un polipeptide che contiene peptide segnale M1-CSF e non contiene una parte o tutto il DNA che codifica amminoacidi a partire dall'amminoacido 180 al C terminale a valle di un promotore ed un DNA marcatore dhfr a valle di detto DNA con M-CSF asportato. Esso assicura la produzione in massa del polipeptide attivo M-CSF su scala industriale.
