Abstract

Prodotti alimentari a scioglimento progressivo in mezzo acquoso composti principalmente da un miscuglio di idrolizzato di proteina di pesce arricchito con lipidi e di nutrimenti tipo in particolare concentrati di viscere di pesci, polvere di carapace di crostacei micronizzati, di microrganismi, polvere di alga, vitamine o sali minerali, il detto miscuglio essendo ricoperto con caseina.Questi prodotti possono essere ottenuti tramite un procedimento nel quale si mescola l'idrolizzato di proteine con i nutrimenti poi si impasta l'insieme con una soluzione acquosa di caseina precedentemente preparata.Questi prodotti possono essere utilizzati per la nutrizione di animali acquatici, in particolare di molluschi, di crostacei e di ricci di mare.
