Abstract

Oligonucleotidi antisenso, caratterizzati dal fatto di essere 2'-desossi-2'-C-idrocarbil-oligonucleotidi con configurazione 2'R oppure 2'S e di avere la seguente formula generale (1) (FORMULA I) in cui n è un numero compreso da 0 a 200;R1 rappresenta residui idrocarbile, quali alchile, alchenile e aralchile, che eventualmente sono sostituiti almeno una volta mediante gruppi funzionali;B rappresenta una base eterociclica a uno o più anelli; e R2 e R3 rappresentano, indipendentemente l'uno dall'altro, un eteroatomo eventualmente legato a idrogeno, idrogeno, oppure hanno il significato dei residui R1, eventualmente legati al fosforo mediante un eteroatomo.
