Abstract

E' fornito un metodo e/o un apparecchio per la verifica di solidità di un oggetto e, in particolare, frutta o verdura con pelle sottile. L'apparecchio include un braccio leggero o sonda che contatta o viene contattato dall'oggetto con una velocità relativa sostanzialmente predeterminata tra l'oggetto ed il braccio o sonda al contatto. L'ampiezza del cambio di velocità del braccio o sonda viene misurata e costituisce un indicatore della solidità dell'oggetto. I mezzi di misura possono includere un interruttore attivato da una forza tale che il contatto con un oggetto più solido produrrà un cambiamento dello stato dell'interruttore mentre il contatto con un oggetto più morbido non lo farà.
