Abstract
La presente invenzione si riferisce a polipepti di analoghi dell'irudina aventi la seguente formula (I)P-(Gly)n-X (I)dove P è un residuo polipeptidico HV1 o HV1(Val65), avente le sequenze aminoacidiche definite in Figura l;-(Gly)- è il radicale bivalente della glicina -NH-CH2-CO-;X è -OH o -NH2 e n è zero o 1,con la condizione che, quando P è HV1 ed n è zero, X è solo -NH2, e che, quando n è 1, X è solo -OH, ed ai sali farmaceuticamente accettabili dei composti di formula (I). I polipeptidi dell'invenzione sono utili nel trattamento di eventi tromboembolici.
