Abstract

Un procedimento di lavaggio per un macchina lavastoviglie di tipo industriale comprendente fasi di lavaggio e risciacquo attraverso circuiti indipendenti in cui il lavaggio è realizzato attraverso irrorazione delle stoviglie a turno dall'alto o dal basso con scarico di tutto il liquido detergente al termine della fase di lavaggio. La macchina lavastoviglie che realizza il procedimento comprende erogatori inferiori (6) e superiori (7) che si diramano da un circuito (5) di lavaggio in corrispondenza di una valvola distributrice (15) che convoglia il liquido detergente verso il basso (6) o verso l'alto (7). In questo modo viene diminuita la potenza della pompa e la quantità di liquido detergente necessario per il lavaggio al termine del quale può essere scaricato completamente (14) e reintegrato attraverso il circuito di risciacquo (8) consentendo un lavaggio con liquido detergente sempre nuovo ad ogni ciclo.(Fig. 1).
