Abstract

In un procedimento per la fabbricazione di polvere granulata per colata continua a base di ossidi ad elevato punto di fusione, come biossido di silicio, ossido di calcio o un prodotto che fornisce ossido di calcio, di fondenti, come carbonati alcalini e/o fluoruro di calcio, e di un veicolo di carbonio, in un turbodissolutore viene approntata una dispersione acquosa dei componenti di partenza in polvere, e la barbottina ottenuta viene polverizzata e granulata in granuli sferici prevalentemente pieni, da ugelli fissi, disposti nella regione di transizione della parte inferiore conica alla parte superiore cilindrica di una camera di essiccazione a spruzzo, in controcorrente con aria calda secca, attraversante dall'alto al basso la camera di essiccazione a spruzzo.
