Abstract

Metodo continuo per il trattamento di chiodi di garofano interi essiccati, per la produzione di particelle atte ad essere incluse in sigarette e simili, comprendente le fasi di: a) aumentare il tenore di umidità dei chiodi di garofano interi essiccati (I) introducendo detti chiodi di garofano in un recipiente conduttore di calore e (II) contemporaneamente introducendo in detto recipiente acqua e vapore; b) affettare in modo continuo detti chiodi di garofano interi umidificati formando particelle fini; e c) essiccare dette particelle di chiodi di garofano con varie portate e temperature di aria di essiccazione. Un altro aspetto dell'invenzione comprende la combinazione di dispositivi per applicare la presente invenzione.
