Abstract

Procedimento di preparazione di un nastro tra una macchina (1) di produzione di nastro in cui il nastro (3) viene prodotto e introdotto in contenitori aventi sezione trasversale allungata in vista in pianta, ed una macchina finale che preleva il nastro dai contenitori o vasi e lo tratta, in particolare una macchina di filatura e estremità aperte. Un vaso contenitore (4) dopo essere stato riempito con nastro (3) nella macchina (1) di produzione del nastro viene spostato senza interruzione della alimentazione del nastro ad un dispositivo (6) di adattamento del nastro e un vaso vuoto (41) iniziante a ricevere il nastro (3) viene spostato alla posizione di riempimento, cioè al posto precedentemente occupato dal primo vaso, mentre nel dispositivo (6) di adattamento del nastro il nastro (3) tra il vaso pieno e il vaso (4) in riempimento viene interrotto, dopo di che l'estremità libera del nastro del vaso pieno viene trasformata in un punto (13) di inserimento rinforzato, che è quindi spostato tramite un dispositivo di trasporto alla macchina finale in cui il meccanismo afferra il punto di inserimento rinforzato (13) e lo inserisce nel suo meccanismo di azionamento in cui, prima di un ulteriore trattamento del nastro, il punto di inserimento rinforzato (13) viene rimosso in modo tale che la macchina finale è alimentata automaticamente con nastro di qualità costante.
