Abstract

Procedimento per la purificazione di un amminoacido che consiste nel porre a contatto una soluzione di un amminoacido contenente impurezze con una resina scambiatrice di ioni per adsorbire selettivamente l'amminoacido sulla resina, eluire e recuperare l'amminoacido adsorbito per cui la resina viene posta a contatto con la soluzione di amminoacido in stadi multipli continui in controcorrente durante l'adsorbimento e si pone a contatto un eluente con la resina adsorbita in stadi multipli continui in controcorrente, durante eluizione.
