Abstract

Secondo un procedimento per comandare l'alimentazione di file in una macchina per maglieria in catena per mezzo di un calcolatore (6), dati di disegno (MD) vengono immessi con sequenza numerica. Le sequenze vengono sottoposte ad una routine di identificazione (ER) che per ogni riga di maglie (W) accerta il tipo di rimettaggio (LA) formato e l'ampiezza di scatto (SW) prescritta. Sono memorizzate tabelle indicanti, per ogni combinazione tra tipo di rimettaggio (LA), valore di levata del prodotto (WA) ed ampiezza di scatto (SW), un valore di alimentazione dei fili (FZ). In base al tipo di rimettaggio accertato, al valore di levata immesso, agli agenti esterni registrabili ed all'ampiezza di scatto stabilita, si rileva il valore di alimentazione dei fili per la rispettiva riga di maglie e per comandare l'alimentazione dei fili. Un dispositivo per comandare l'alimentazione dei fili in una macchina per maglieria in catena (1) presenta un calcolatore (6), una memoria (13) di tabelle, una memoria di programma (11) per una routine di identificazione programmata, un circuito analizzatore (12) per scegliere una tabella (100 a 107) ed una unità di comando (5), la quale, utilizzando i valori di alimentazione dei fili rilevati dalle tabelle, comanda l'alimentazione dei fili.(Figura 1).
