Si modificano le lame, i tensori, le armature, i sistemi di tensare e altre parti delle macchine, per sfruttare meglio la sua freccia di disegno, e aumentare lo scivolamento. Si stabilisce la tensione idraulica collettiva. Si migliora lo sfruttamento delle lame e graniglia. Si riducono i tempi persi per sostituzione e capovolgimento delle lame. Si diminuisce l'inizio e la fine del segato. Si usa un piccolo corso di loto per scanalatura. Il loto è di ferrito calcico. Si stabilisce che il loto deve rimanere agli estremi delle lame che escono dal blocco. Si delimita il contenuto di detriti nel loto. Si è riuscito ad ottenere una macchina economica, di grande produzione e poco rumorosa.
