Dispositivo di ossigenazione per impianti di trattamento acqua cooperante con vasche (11) di aerazione ed all'interno delle vasche (11) stesse, essendo disposto sostanzialmente verticale e comprendendo una prima camera superiore (23a) ed almeno una seconda camera inferiore (23b), detta prima camera (23a) e detta seconda camera (23b) essendo separate da mezzi a setto separatore (24, 26) definenti una fessura di accelerazione (25), detta prima camera superiore (23a) presentando superiormente ad a monte uno stramazzo (18) regolabile e superiormente ed a valle una parete di intercettazione (15), detta seconda camera inferiore (23b) presentando inferiormente ed a monte una parete di chiusura (14a) ed inferiormente ed a valle almeno una luce di passaggio (22), essendo presenti nella parte inferiore di detta seconda camera inferiore (23b) mezzi erogatori diffusori di aria/ossigeno (28).Sistema di gestione e controllo di un impianto per il trattamento acqua comprendente un gruppo di gestione, controllo e programmazione (32) asservente almeno i mezzi di controllo erogazione ossigeno (39, 41, 42).
