Dispositivo di ossigenazione per impianti di allevamento ittico, e relativo sistema di gestione e controllo di un impianto per l'allevamento ittico, cooperante con vasche (11) di allevamento ittico ed all'interno delle vasche (11) stesse, essendo disposto sostanzialmente verticale e comprendente una prima camera superiore (23a) ed una seconda camera inferiore (23b), detta prima (23a) e seconda (23b) camere essendo separate da mezzi a setto separatore (24, 26) definenti una fessura di accelerazione (25), detta prima camera superiore (23a) presentando superiormente ed a monte uno stramazzo (18) regolabile e superiormente ed a valle una parete di intercettazione (15), detta seconda camera inferiore (23b) presentando inferiormente ed a monte una parete di chiusura (14a) ed inferiormente ed a valle almeno una luce di passaggio (22), essendo presenti nella parte inferiore di detta seconda camera inferiore (23b) mezzi erogatori diffusori di ossigeno (28).
