Abstract

In un'apparecchiatura per la preparazione di caffè ed altre bevande calde l'acqua prelevata da un serbatoio su azione di una pompa viene costretta a passare attraverso una serpentina di vaporizzazione ricavata all'interno di un corpo riscaldante incorporante una resistenza elettrica. Il vapore conseguentemente prodotto attraversa una canalizzazione di adduzione lungo la quale opera un organo di miscelazione presentante una camera di ingresso ed una camera di uscita del vapore, interconnesse mediante un passaggio di intercomunicazione in cui confluisce perpendicolarmente una luce di immissione d'aria comunicante con l'ambiente esterno. Il vapore attraversante l'organo di miscelazione viene miscelato con un'opportuna quantità d'aria e quindi inviato ad un ugello di erogazione accessibile dall'esterno dell'apparecchiatura per immettere vapore schiumante all'interno della bevanda in preparazione.
